Herald Volazj in Ahn’kahet: The Old Kingdom
Herald Volazj is officially the final boss of The Old Kingdom, but he is completely optional and can be finished as the second boss if so desired.
Non Heroic

Herald should be tanked in the middle of his room, but positioning isn’t that important. Any tank that can reflect spells should try and reflect is Mind Flay back to him (It’s an instant cast so this can be tricky).
The only real hard part of this fight is his Insanity spell. When he casts this all of your party members will seem to turn on you and start attacking you. These are only copies of your party members and need to be DPSed down fast. The copies will use their respective classes abilities to heal eachother and themselves, so the healer of the group needs to be taken down first. When you DPS your copies down you will be taken into another party member’s spell and will be able to help them take out their copies, for this reason the healer of the group should just try their best to keep themselves alive and avoid their copies and wait for the rest of the party to help them DPS their copies down. When all of the copies have been dispatched the tank will need to establish thread on Herald again and the group can continue to take out the boss.
