Beef Tank

Strategy:

This boss starts out as a Drakkari Colossus (stone form) and at 50% health he casts Emerge turning himself into Drakkari Elemental (water form). At 50% of the Drakkari Elemental’s life he will cast Merge going back into the Colossus and at 0 health back again to the Elemental to finish the fight off.

The fight is simple and there is really only 2 things to watch out for. 1) when he switches forms he drops aggro so all dps should stop until the tank gets threat again. 2) When in Drakkari Elemental form he leaves puddles of water/mojo on the ground that should be avoided (the tank needs to move him out of them so that melee dps can continue).

Strategy:

This fight is identical in heroic mode. The puddles on the floor become more important to avoid and the tank has to be quick about getting threat after an Emerge or Merge.
